SPI Generative AI: Innovaccer Makes Contact with Generative AI

Value-based-care vendor Innovaccer has announced the launch of its Contact Center solution in order to improve the experience of patients and members.

The solution is built on top of the vendor’s generative AI assistant, dubbed Sara, and according to Innovaccer will ‘revolutionise’ patient engagement by offering providers an intuitive and efficient solution. The tool is also focused on making care a more personalised experience, combining detailed information about patients to enable contact centre agents to work more productively, and in turn, help ensure overall improvements in the quality of care.

The tool is being added to Innovaccer’s Healthcare Experience Platform (HXP), a solution formerly offered by Cured, which was acquired by Innovaccer at the start of this year. But, will the inclusion of Sara have a significant impact on the patient engagement and population health management markets.
