US medical device vendor ResMed last month acquired UK remote patient monitoring and virtual ward technology provider Inhealthcare. Inhealthcare, whose solutions it says are used to support the treatment of some 4M patients in the UK suffering from a range of chronic conditions, adds that the deal will enable it to expand its services and scale up its operations in the UK and overseas.
This will include fresh investment in its main platform.
