SPI Digital Health: Is ICB Tender a Sign England’s Population Health Market is Maturing?

One of England’s Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) has issued a tender calling for a population health management (PHM) solution. The tender, issued by the Norfolk and Waveney NHS ICB, calls for bespoke data analysis, technical solutions and digital platforms that will help providers prioritise interventions. The contract, which will start on 1 October, will also include tools that risk stratify population cohorts.
