SPI Digital Health: Another Brick in the Wall for Telstra Health with Pharma IT Deal

Telstra Health’s appetite for acquisition continues. The latest moves are the purchase of a remaining 50% stake in Fred IT, the Australian electronic prescriptions delivery solutions provider, and its purchase of a remaining 30% stake in hospital costing and revenue software solution vendor PowerHealth Solutions. 

Telstra Health bought its first 50% stake in Fred IT in 2013, and its first 70% stake in PowerHealth Solutions in 2021.
