SPI Digital Health: Why Would Chronic Care Platform Omada Go Public?

2025 is shaping up to be an interesting year for IPOs in the virtual chronic care management space if recent rumours come to fruition.

Musculoskeletal (MSK) care company Hinge Health and Omada Health, which specialises in diabetes and hypertension management programmes, are both said by Business Insider publication to have confidentially filed S-1 paperwork with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). S-1 filing is one of the formalities undertaken as part of the IPO process. Neither Hinge Health nor Omada have commented on their IPO plans.
